Training classes are offered for prospective candidates taking the South Carolina Residential Builders License Exam.

Classes are held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Lexington/Columbia Hampton Inn, 601 Columbia Ave, Lexington, SC 29072, (803) 356-8300, on the last Friday and Saturday of each month.

Classes are $350 per person with 10% discount offered for 3 of more persons who sign up and attend class together.
